Our API allows import and export of metadata in any format, our customizable metadata engine was designed to allow for flexible and adaptable digital library and workflow needs.

Secure Digital Delivery and Tracking

Electronically send video in multiple formats via WheresMyMedia’s MediaMail tracking system. MediaMail recipients can preview each video and download its corresponding formats directly from email. Each digital delivery tracks recipient time-stamp data that includes previews, downloads, and additional email addresses receiving forwarded content.

Sensitive material may also be electronically delivered with high security settings by selecting an option to block forwards, prohibit downloads, and expire an asset at a designated date.

Automated Transcoding

Convert source video to any Standard, High Definition, international, or mobile format within minutes by selecting a transcoding profile from the WheresMyMedia format menu. Prior to adding any format to the WheresMyMedia transcoding menu, a profile undergoes a series of tests to ensure premium quality and accurate specifications. One a format conversion is complete it is grouped with the asset as an additional format for immediate and future use.

Upload & Sharing

Conveniently upload media into the WheresMyMedia digital library from anywhere in the world. Each uploaded video automatically generates a Flash preview, thumbnails, and storyboard to provide a brief visual summary of each uploaded asset.

Uploaded and stored content may also be shared with other account users by administering varied levels of access to specific folders and assets. Team members and even clients can easily access, preview, and upload to the shared folders within the library instead of spending extra time using less organized ftp sites.
